June already!

It's now June and the newsletter has been growing steadily and the last few editions have included feature articles on Ormus, Ascension Reiki and Herbal Medicine which have been fantastic. The website has some new content, but I don't get as much time as I'd like to add things - such is life. The articles that have been included in the Alternative Cheshire newsletter are being added to a new 'Resources' page and we are beginning to see some more unique and less well known therapies appearing on the 'Therapies' page which will give readers an insight into what's involved and how a particular therapy could help them.

The Alternative Cheshire Facebook page is coming on fantastically, with new followers requesting to join on a regular basis and new therapists, course providers and events continuously being added - it's a vibrant and active group and I hope people are enjoying the content as much as I am!

The Twitter page @alternativeches is also growing wildly with over 550 followers and a different type of content to Facebook and the website, but fantastic all the same.

I am due a baby in the next few weeks so no doubt things will go quiet for a while as I tackle the prospect of having 2 children under 2! I really should buy an iPad so I can write my blog at 2am while feeding the newbie...

Well, February and March editions of the Alternative Pages newsletter have gone out successfully via Mailchimp and have featured some interesting therapists, training providers, classes, groups and retailers. The website has been slow to grow recently for a variety of reasons, but now there's new content about Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy, along with new info on the courses/workshops/groups page. Next task is to grow the mailing list so more people can find out about all the wonderful activities/therapies/groups/events that are available in Cheshire and North West - we really are lucky in terms of the versatility and abundance of things going on locally. We also need more content for the website... therapists, training providers, event organisers etc please do get in touch as it is totally free to be on the website and newsletter, the aim is purely to get information out to those that want and need it. I've been busy getting the first Alternative Pages newsletter our via Mail Chimp so not much content has been added to the website in the last 10 days. I've got to complete my EFT practitioner training case studies this week but once they are typed up and submitted it will be back to the website with some new additions. The next therapies to be added will be Indian Head Massage and a big section on Aromatherapy, along with additions to the courses/workshops section as there are some wonderful courses available.

There is new information about Reflexology and Hopi Ear Candling along with links to useful organisations. Things are starting to come together now.

The Events page is now functional...

New information just added about Reflexology. It's quite slow going at the moment but it will be worth the effort eventually. Just beginning to gather information ready for the first AlternativePages newsletter going out at the end of the month.

Information about Reiki added to the AlternativePages website and the Links page is growing with more to add later. Great response to joining the mailing list so a great start to building the AlternativePages community. :-)
